Assistant Housekeeping Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager and help create memorable guest experiences by overseeing daily housekeeping operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices and meeting spaces.
• Assign and inspect rooms, verify readiness and report updates to ensure timely availability.
• Maintain inventory of linens and supplies, keeping carts and storage fully stocked.
• Track payroll reports, manage work schedules and oversee the lost‑and‑found program.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Property Operations to address maintenance needs.
• Supervise, coach and develop team members, monitoring performance and promoting a productive atmosphere.
