About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Assistant Manager – Accounting & Finance to join our team in Bahrain Bay. The successful candidate will apply strong accounting fundamentals, IFRS/IAS knowledge and advanced Excel expertise to support financial reporting, analysis and strategic decision‑making.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review and analyse financial statements and management reports in line with IFRS & IAS standards.
- Conduct detailed variance, trend and performance analyses to aid management decisions.
- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets and forecasts to evaluate business performance and future outcomes.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness and integrity of all financial data.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting or finance experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or CFA.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and advanced Excel skills.

- ERP systems – SAP, Oracle, Odoo
- Data visualization – PowerBi
