Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Accountant to maintain accurate financial records, support day‑to‑day accounting operations, and assist with reporting and budgeting activities. The successful candidate will collaborate with finance, management, and operational teams to ensure all financial information is complete, accurate, and properly documented.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain up‑to‑date ledgers, journals, and financial documentation.
• Record and review transactions according to established accounting procedures.
• Prepare and review invoices, payment records, receipts, and expense documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, monitoring outstanding balances.
• Perform regular bank, account, and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Identify discrepancies or unusual transactions in financial data.
• Support the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and accounting schedules.
• Monitor company expenses and assist with expense verification and reporting.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow monitoring, and financial planning.
• Maintain organized records for audits, tax requirements, and internal reviews.
• Coordinate with internal departments on invoices, payments, and financial documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and expense management.
• Excellent numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
