Assistant Manager – People & Change (HR Transformation & Technology)

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our People & Change team within Risk Consulting. The role focuses on delivering HR and people transformation projects, especially those that leverage technology to redesign HR functions, processes, operating models and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end HR and people transformation engagements, from assessment and design through implementation and adoption.
• Advise clients on HR operating models, process redesign, digital HR, employee experience and technology‑enabled roadmaps.
• Assess the impact of technology and broader business change on people, processes and structures, translating insights into practical interventions.
• Apply rigorous project‑management disciplines, including planning, governance, risk and issue management, and progress reporting.
• Lead change‑management activities such as impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and business readiness.
• Build trusted relationships with senior HR, business and technology stakeholders and facilitate workshops to shape solutions.
• Manage engagement scope, resources, timelines, budgets and quality to meet commercial objectives.
• Coach and develop engagement teams, providing direction and constructive feedback.
• Identify new business opportunities, contribute to proposals, thought‑leadership and follow‑on work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR transformation, consulting or advisory services.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Demonstrated project‑ and change‑management capabilities.
• Commercial awareness and ability to contribute to business development.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and workshop‑leading skills.
