Assistant Room Service Manager

About the role

The Assistant Room Service Manager supports the delivery of exceptional guest and member experiences by overseeing day‑to‑day room service operations at Conrad Bahrain. You will work closely with the Room Service Manager to train staff, optimise sales, and control costs while maintaining Hilton brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Room Service team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and internal policies.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify trends, propose menu enhancements, and optimise food‑and‑beverage offerings.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and set short‑ and long‑term functional goals.
• Coordinate training calendars with the Training & Development department.
• Maintain strong internal controls and adherence to company procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Effective management, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and ability to work under pressure.
• Professional grooming standards.
• Experience with payroll, budgeting, and forecasting is advantageous.
