About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Consultant to join our high‑street salon in Riffa, Bahrain. The successful candidate will deliver premium hair services to a diverse clientele while upholding the salon’s reputation for excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services according to client requests and current trends.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Provide personalized consultations and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth salon operations.
• Uphold professional appearance and a positive attitude at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a salon setting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Bahrain if currently based abroad.
