Associate Engineer – Sales Administration (Bahraini National)

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking an Associate Engineer – Sales Administration to support its sales operations. The role is intended for a Bahraini national and will involve coordinating sales processes, maintaining data integrity, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and validate sales opportunities, forecasts, and probabilities in YODA and related systems.
• Review order documents and complete order transfer to the OH system.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers, Country Managers, Business Units, Proposal teams, Finance, and Channel Partners to obtain timely business updates.
• Support Channel Partner management, including monthly business reviews, target monitoring, agreement documentation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Monitor proposal and approval workflows, including GM sheets, approval matrices, and required management approvals.
• Maintain proper documentation and support internal audits, compliance reviews, and sales‑process requirements.
• Organize meetings, prepare minutes and action trackers, and follow up with stakeholders until actions are completed.
• Assist in improving sales administration processes, data accuracy, reporting efficiency, and coordination across teams.
