Associate Engineer – TMI Sales (Bahraini National)

About the role

Yokogawa is seeking a motivated Associate Engineer to support its TMI Sales team in Bahrain. The role involves preparing proposals, coordinating with sub‑vendors, and gaining hands‑on experience with internal processes such as CRM and order processing. Training will be provided before customer-facing activities begin.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit TMI proposals after completing required training.
• Gather and arrange quotations from sub‑vendors to support proposals.
• Learn and use internal systems including CRM, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Participate in weekly teleconferences and monthly sales meetings, and assist the Sales Manager with reporting.
• Understand customer applications, recommend suitable T&M products, and conduct product demonstrations.
• Track sales opportunities, maintain CRM updates, and support customers with installation and troubleshooting.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, or Electrical).
• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome.
• Possession of a driving license is an advantage.
