Associate Managing Consultant SAP ABAP

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Managing Consultant specialized in SAP ABAP to lead technical delivery for complex SAP projects. The role combines deep ABAP development expertise with team leadership and client‑facing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement SAP ABAP solutions, including workflows, module pool programs, BTEs, enhancements and forms.
• Lead a technical team, coordinate configuration, development and testing activities across multiple projects.
• Produce and review technical specifications, ensure adherence to standards and SAP solution architecture.
• Support customers during integration, user‑acceptance testing, cut‑over and post‑go‑live phases, troubleshooting defects and performance issues.
• Manage incidents and change requests using SAP Solution Manager (Charm, Focus Build) and BMC Remedy.
• Develop custom migration objects with S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and create CDS views, OData services and extensions.
• Debug and optimise Fiori applications, BRF+ solutions and SAP BTP services.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of core ABAP development experience.
• At least 2‑3 years leading technical teams or acting as a technical lead.
• Proven ability to handle several projects simultaneously and deliver within SLA commitments.
• Strong communication skills and experience delivering knowledge transfer to customers.
