Automotive Technician

About the role

First Motors is looking for a skilled Automotive Technician to join its growing automotive division in Bahrain. This full‑time position offers the chance to work with a reputable company that values quality service and technical excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic tests on vehicle systems to identify faults.
• Carry out routine servicing such as oil changes, filter replacements, and tyre rotations.
• Repair or replace defective components including brakes, engines, steering, suspension, and electrical parts.
• Utilise state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic equipment for accurate fault finding.
• Maintain detailed records of all work performed on each vehicle.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and workshop procedures.
• Ensure work is completed to high quality standards within allocated time.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Automotive Technician or in a similar role.
• Relevant vocational qualification or certification in automotive technology.
• In‑depth knowledge of vehicle electrical, engine, and transmission systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Valid driving licence.
