About the role
The bartender prepares beverages for guests and floor team members, ensuring service is quick, efficient, friendly and complies with local alcohol regulations. The role requires maintaining a clean bar, handling payments and supporting an excellent guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly with courtesy, eye contact and a smile.
- Maintain a clean bar area, process payments and manage bar inventory.
- Assess customer preferences, recommend drinks and snacks, and restock supplies.
- Mix cocktails and other beverages, arrange bottles and glasses for attractive displays.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues and respond to emergency situations.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of bartending experience.
- Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 lb, and perform physical tasks such as bending and reaching.
- Regular attendance and flexibility to work varying schedules.
Required skills
- Knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail mixing and bar inventory management.
- Good verbal and written communication in the primary workplace language.
