About the role
As a Guest Environment Expert, you will ensure the hotel’s rooms and public areas are spotless, creating memorable experiences for guests. You will be empowered to move around the property, respond to guest requests, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces according to Marriott standards.
- Stock carts, replenish supplies, and handle guest requests promptly.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and maintain confidentiality.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Commitment to a safe workplace, professional appearance, and clear communication.
Required skills
- Physical stamina to handle objects weighing ≤ 50 lb.
- Understanding of hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.
