Beverage Manager – Premium Beach Club (Bahrain)

About the role

Azure Beach is launching a premium beach club in Bahrain and seeks an experienced Beverage Manager to build the beverage operation from the ground up. You will be part of the pre‑opening team, shaping the concept, menu and service standards before the grand opening.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day beverage service, ensuring high standards of quality, guest experience and brand consistency.
• Develop an innovative, commercially successful beverage programme, including cocktail, wine and spirits menus aligned with the Azure Beach brand.
• Drive revenue and profitability through menu engineering, pricing, upselling and rigorous inventory and cost control.
• Recruit, train and motivate a diverse beverage team, fostering a strong service culture.
• Collaborate with Bar, Restaurant, Culinary and Operations teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Monitor stock, par levels, purchasing, wastage and beverage cost percentages, preparing regular performance reports.
• Support events, entertainment and promotional activations to maximise beverage revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Beverage Manager, Bar Manager or senior beverage leader in a premium hospitality setting.
• Background in beach clubs, luxury restaurants, nightlife or high‑volume venues.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of managing beverage cost, inventory and profitability.
• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine trends and modern bar operations.
• Leadership and people‑management skills with the ability to motivate a high‑volume team.
• Creative, energetic and guest‑focused attitude.
• Fluent English; additional European language skills and GCC experience are highly desirable.
