Business Development Intern

About the role

Khosh Fkra Media is seeking a Business Development Intern to support its sales efforts across Bahrain and the GCC. The internship offers hands‑on experience in prospecting, cold calling, lead generation and client communication while working closely with the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call potential clients to introduce KFM and initiate business conversations.
• Research and identify prospects across targeted industries and GCC markets.
• Qualify leads that match KFM’s target client profile.
• Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Schedule qualified meetings and follow up to keep conversations moving.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities and meetings booked.
• Work towards weekly and monthly targets for outreach, qualified leads and meetings.
• Provide general support to the Business Development team as needed.

Required profile

• Fresh or recent graduate with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable making outbound calls.
• Proactive, resilient and goal‑oriented, able to stay motivated despite rejection.
• Organised with good follow‑up abilities and professional communication style.
• Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Interest in sales, business development, marketing or a related field.
