Cashier – Full‑Time Restaurant Role

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our restaurant team in Bahrain. The role involves greeting customers, processing orders and payments, and ensuring a smooth and pleasant dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assist with orders and address questions or concerns.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system.
• Process cash, credit and debit transactions and provide correct change or receipts.
• Prepare and deliver orders promptly and correctly.
• Count and balance the cash drawer at the start and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier area and surrounding workspaces.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Stay informed about menu items, specials and promotions.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient operation.
