Cashier

About the role

The Cashier role at Apparel Group is focused on delivering excellent customer service while generating sales in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and accurate order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a clean, professional appearance and maintain a tidy store environment.
• Greet every guest within 5 seconds at the front counter or drive‑through.
• Prepare and serve products according to company standards, ensuring freshness and correct temperature logging.
• Handle cash, credit cards, vouchers and automatic debits, issue receipts, refunds and change accurately.
• Maintain speed of service targets and work efficiently during peak periods.
• Execute service recovery promptly for any guest concerns.
• Participate in store meetings, follow all operational policies and keep the front counter stocked and organized.

Required profile

• Friendly and attentive attitude with strong product knowledge.
• Ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
• Good communication skills and willingness to follow established procedures.
• Reliability in handling cash and adhering to sanitation standards.
