About the role
We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function of a hotel company in Bahrain. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the Executive Management team, shaping the strategic direction of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategic plans, budgeting and forecasting.
- Oversee accounting, reporting, and compliance functions.
- Manage legal affairs, asset management, and investment activities.
- Lead tender processes, negotiations, and policy maintenance.
- Provide financial insight to support executive decision‑making.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years senior corporate finance experience in a recognized hospitality company.
- At least 10 years senior property/unit experience in the hotel sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA preferred) and CPA qualification.
- Excellent English language proficiency.
