Client Advisor – Luxury Jewellery Retail

About the role

The Client Advisor role is a full‑time, on‑site position at Al Zain Jewellery’s duty‑free boutique in Bahrain Airport. You will be the face of the brand, delivering a premium experience to discerning customers and representing the heritage of Arabian luxury jewellery.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and build strong, trust‑based relationships.
• Identify customer needs, present collections, and provide informed product guidance.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions and maintain accurate documentation and follow‑up.
• Ensure product displays are attractive and aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the boutique team to meet sales targets and uphold service excellence.

Required profile

• Excellent client‑facing abilities with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey product features and brand values.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or high‑end customer service.
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a polished, professional demeanor.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying hours as required.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
