Client Relationship Management Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Client Relationship Management Analyst to help strengthen client satisfaction and retention within Marsh’s Employee Health & Benefits division. The analyst will work closely with relationship leaders and internal teams to deliver proactive, data‑driven support and ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, coordinating timely resolutions and maintaining a high‑quality client experience.
• Analyze client data and feedback to uncover trends, generate insights, and recommend improvement actions.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on client satisfaction, account performance, and relationship health for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations and other functions to align service delivery with client expectations.
• Identify and support process enhancements to increase operational efficiency in relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and action items in the CRM system.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑5 years of experience in client relationship management, customer service, or an analytical client‑facing role; experience in Employee Health & Benefits is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a client‑centric mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Bahraini nationality.

• Knowledge of Power BI (advantage).
