Commercial Manager – Hospitality Revenue & Strategy

About the role

As a Commercial Manager at Hilton, you will lead commercial strategy across multiple revenue streams, ensuring memorable guest experiences while driving top‑line performance and market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated commercial strategies for Group, Conference, Events, Rooms, Food & Beverage, Leisure and Spa.
• Partner with General Managers and Finance to align commercial decisions with revenue, cost, profit and margin targets.
• Oversee pricing, rate strategies, demand forecasting and revenue management practices.
• Coordinate on‑property and regional sales, marketing, eCommerce and public relations activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to adapt strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, operators, Hilton corporate teams and external partners.
• Drive team engagement, performance management and professional development.
