About the role
KAF Holding Group is seeking motivated Commi Chefs to join its hospitality operations in Budaiya, Bahrain. In this full‑time, permanent role you will support daily kitchen activities, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior chefs with food preparation, portioning, and plating.
- Follow established recipes and food‑preparation procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
- Monitor food safety standards and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations.
- Support inventory control by reporting stock levels and assisting with receiving deliveries.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow during peak periods.
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Commi Chef or similar kitchen role.
- Strong attention to detail and a professional approach to hospitality.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions accurately.
- Commitment to maintaining consistent food quality and safety.
