Compliance Analytics, Monitoring & Reporting Lead

About the role

As part of Vanderlande’s global Ethics, Risk & Compliance team, the Compliance Analytics, Monitoring & Reporting Lead will shape how the company measures, monitors and improves its Compliance Management System across anti‑corruption, data privacy, competition law and speak‑up processes. Reporting to the Head of Ethics, Risk & Compliance, the role has a strong cross‑functional impact and works closely with subject‑matter experts and regional leads.

Key responsibilities

• Define practical KPIs and measurable indicators for compliance processes such as due‑diligence, speak‑up case handling and training.
• Establish common definitions and standards across core compliance areas.
• Ensure new or updated compliance policies embed measurable outcomes.
• Design, build and maintain clear dashboards that provide insight into compliance performance.
• Structure consistent reporting for senior management, the Risk & Compliance Committee and the Audit Committee, moving from ad‑hoc to repeatable formats.
• Support decision‑making by turning compliance data into actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in compliance, risk or governance analytics within a global organization.
• Ability to work in an evolving environment and translate frameworks into measurable processes.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills, partnering with SMEs and regional leads.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
