Corporate Lawyer – Contracts & Compliance

About the role

Grnata Group seeks an experienced lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across its subsidiaries. The role focuses on safeguarding company interests through meticulous contract work, dispute management, and regulatory compliance within Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, purchase and sale contracts, and real‑estate development documents.
• Provide legal advice to Marketing, Sales, Management, and Projects departments on daily transactions and corporate decisions.
• Monitor and manage corporate lawsuits and claims, coordinating with external counsel and judicial authorities.
• Ensure all operations, policies, and activities comply with Bahraini commercial and real‑estate regulations.
• Maintain organized legal records of contracts, licenses, and disputes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Valid license to practice law or eligibility for local court admission in Bahrain.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate, commercial, or real‑estate law.

Required skills

• Expert contract drafting and legal writing in Arabic and English.
• In‑depth knowledge of Bahraini commercial and real‑estate regulations.
• Strong negotiation and dispute‑resolution abilities.
