About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Plastic Surgeon to join a state‑of‑the‑art multispecialty hospital in Bahrain. The role combines high‑level surgical expertise with advanced non‑surgical facial aesthetics, delivering personalized, natural‑looking results for a diverse patient base.

Key responsibilities

• Perform a full range of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures.
• Administer premium aesthetic injectables, including Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and skin boosters.
• Conduct thorough pre‑operative consultations, risk assessments, and set evidence‑based expectations.
• Develop long‑term, multimodal treatment plans tailored to individual patient profiles and regional aesthetic preferences.
• Maintain patient relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous medical education and stay abreast of global aesthetic trends.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of post‑qualification experience as a Plastic Surgeon.
• Significant experience in aesthetic medicine and injectable procedures.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Board certification, preferably from the EU.
• Qualified to meet DHA/NHRA requirements for a Consultant position.

• Proficiency with Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and skin boosters.
• Expertise in cosmetic and reconstructive surgical techniques.
