Content Creator – Mall Visual Storytelling

About the role

The Content Creator acts as the on-the-ground visual storyteller for the mall, capturing daily life inside the mall and producing photo and video content in-house. This removes reliance on expensive daily agency photography retainers and delivers trend-driven content tailored to luxury, F&B and active beachfront environments, in line with the luxury and lifestyle positioning of the asset.

Key responsibilities

• Capture photo and video content daily across the mall, using smartphone or DSLR setups, showcasing tenants, dining and promenades.
• Produce in-house the visual coverage previously sourced from external agency retainers, tailored to the luxury, F&B and beachfront environment.
• Deliver social assets and platform-ready clips according to the monthly content calendar set by the Marketing Team.
• Compile and hand over weekly content packs of digital media assets for scheduling.
• Cover seasonal activations and major events on the ground, generating real-time stories and social assets.
• Spot posting moments as they arise and capture, caption and publish them while they are live.
• Be present on-site during activations to support the wider marketing and events effort.
• Edit content into platform-native formats such as Instagram Reels, TikToks and Shorts, keeping pace with the tactical content plan.
• Use editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro or mobile-native editors) to a high technical standard.
• Ensure all assets reflect the luxury and lifestyle positioning, follow brand guidelines and are tailored to Bahraini and GCC audiences.
• Work with the Marketing team on campaign priorities and liaise with tenants and activation teams to access locations and moments.
