Content Creator – Video & Social Media

About the role

The Apparel Group is looking for a creative and technically‑savvy Content Creator to produce engaging video assets for its social media channels. You will work on‑site in Bahrain, capturing events and turning raw footage into short, high‑impact reels that reflect the brand’s identity.

Key responsibilities

• Event videography & content capture – attend events, brand activations and corporate functions, using smartphones, DSLR or professional cameras to shoot high‑quality, well‑lit and stable footage.
• Video editing & reels production – edit high‑energy short videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, applying fast‑paced transitions, speed‑ramping, effects, music, sound effects and text overlays to maximise engagement.
• Content optimisation & branding – ensure every video aligns with the brand’s visual guidelines, optimise aspect ratios, resolutions and formats for each platform, and stay up‑to‑date with viral editing techniques.

Required skills

• Experience in video content creation and editing, including personal or social‑media projects.
• Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of social media content trends and what makes videos go viral.
• Knowledge of lighting, framing and video stabilization techniques.
