Content Lead

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Lead to shape the brand’s voice across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and future markets. The role will drive the content vision, oversee production across digital channels and build scalable processes to ensure high‑quality output.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall content strategy for Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and upcoming markets.
• Own the content calendar from ideation through production, approval and publishing.
• Lead creation of content for social media platforms, ensuring quality, consistency and brand alignment.
• Oversee content for brand partnerships, campaigns and marketing activations.
• Establish and improve content workflows, processes and operational systems.
• Manage and mentor a content team including creatives, videographers and copywriters.
• Monitor content performance and track KPIs related to engagement, brand growth and business impact.
• Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning, key campaigns and market expansion initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels, formats and languages.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, social‑media best practices and emerging content opportunities.

Required profile

• 4‑8 years of experience in content marketing, social media, creative strategy or a related field.
• Proven track record developing and executing successful multi‑channel content strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends and audience engagement.
• Experience leading content projects, campaigns or creative teams.
• Ability to balance creative thinking with structured execution and project management.
• Deep understanding of Gulf youth culture and digital consumer behaviour.
• Arabic fluency required; bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
• Based in Bahrain or willing to relocate.
