Content Producer

About the role

Monerti is seeking a creative and fast‑moving Content Producer to join its marketing team in Bahrain. This full‑time, on‑site position involves turning property‑management services, team activities, and market insights into engaging social‑media content that builds brand awareness and drives leads.

Key responsibilities

• Create daily social‑media posts for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms.
• Produce short‑form videos such as Reels, Stories, TikToks, property walkthroughs, team clips, educational and behind‑the‑scenes content.
• Plan and maintain a structured content calendar (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Film on‑site at properties, offices, meetings and events as needed.
• Edit videos, images, graphics and social‑media assets.
• Write captions, hooks, scripts, headlines and calls‑to‑action aligned with Monerti’s brand voice.
• Turn real‑estate topics, rental insights and customer questions into simple, useful content.
• Monitor trends, adapt relevant formats and audio to the brand.
• Coordinate with management, operations and marketing teams for information and campaign updates.
• Schedule and publish approved content consistently.
• Maintain an organized library of footage, photos, templates and published assets.
• Track performance metrics (reach, views, engagement, follower growth, inquiries) and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Comfortable owning the full content lifecycle from idea generation to performance review.
• Ability to work quickly in a dynamic environment while maintaining quality.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Excellent written communication for captions and scripts.
