Corporate Lawyer – Banking, SWIFT & Funds Recovery

About the role

QUNTUM LLC is seeking an experienced Bahrain‑licensed corporate lawyer to provide legal representation and assistance on an international banking and funds‑recovery matter involving a SWIFT wire transfer.

Key responsibilities

• Trace and investigate the transferred funds.
• Liaise with relevant Bahraini banks and financial institutions.
• Assess and implement preservation or freezing measures.
• Pursue civil, commercial, or other appropriate legal proceedings.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities where appropriate.
• Seek recovery of the transferred funds.
• Advise QUNTUM LLC on required evidence and legal steps.

Required profile

• Active Bahrain legal licence.
• Demonstrable experience in Banking & Finance Law.
• Experience with international SWIFT/wire‑transfer disputes.
• Background in financial fraud, asset tracing, or funds recovery.
• Experience dealing with banks and financial institutions in Bahrain.
• Experience with urgent civil/commercial litigation or interim measures.
• Strong knowledge of Bahrain’s banking and financial regulatory framework.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Ability to provide verifiable professional credentials and references.
