Corporate Sales Executive – Food & Beverage

About the role

Alzayani Foods is looking for a driven Corporate Sales Executive to lead B2B sales for its Food & Beverage division in Bahrain. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate accounts, nurturing client relationships, and delivering revenue growth for a key business segment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new corporate accounts within the Food & Beverage sector across Bahrain.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their objectives and needs.
• Design and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective customers.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing to close deals while ensuring profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and other internal teams to guarantee excellent service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to uncover new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in a CRM system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Executive or similar B2B sales role in the F&B or hospitality industry.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and passionate about the F&B sector.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
