Creative Content Manager – Manama, Bahrain

About the role

We are looking for a Creative Content Manager to develop and execute compelling content strategies for a range of brands in Bahrain. The role involves understanding client goals, audiences and brand personalities to produce authentic, engaging content that drives growth across digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop tailored content strategies for diverse brands and industries.
• Plan, shoot and edit high-quality videos, reels, brand stories, product showcases and interview content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and Facebook.
• Adapt content for each platform while maintaining consistent brand voice.
• Lead on-site production, handling cameras, lighting, audio and framing.
• Edit photos and videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop and other creative tools.
• Build and manage content calendars, publishing schedules and oversee projects from concept to delivery.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on audience engagement.
• Ensure all output aligns with each client’s brand identity and local market trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, videography, photography and digital marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing work across multiple industries and brands.
• Excellent knowledge of current social media trends and audience engagement techniques.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with the Bahrain market, local trends and consumer behaviour.
