CRM Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive CRM Representative to join our team in Sitra Industrial Area. In this full-time role you will manage and nurture customer relationships across multiple sectors, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, delivering timely and effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data within the CRM system.
• Develop and implement strategies to build long-lasting client relationships.
• Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
• Generate regular reports on CRM activities, interactions and key performance metrics.
• Proactively communicate with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in onboarding new clients, providing guidance for a smooth transition.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a CRM, customer service or similar client-facing role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
