Used Car Sales Executive – Bahrain

About the role

First Motors, operating under the TradesApp brand, is looking for a motivated Used Car Sales Executive to join its growing automotive division in Bahrain. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic sales environment, engage with customers, and contribute to the company’s expansion goals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers on the sales floor, identify their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicle features professionally and conduct test drives.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Negotiate sale prices and trade‑in values, finalising agreements transparently.
• Manage sales documentation and coordinate with the finance department for approvals.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of used‑vehicle inventory, market trends and competitor offerings.
• Ensure the vehicle display area is clean, well‑maintained and attractive.
• Follow up with prospective clients and keep the customer database up to date.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the used‑car or automotive sector.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Valid Bahraini driving licence.
• Good knowledge of various car makes, models and their features.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and enthusiastic about sales.
• Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
