About the role

As a Demi Chef de Partie at Hilton, you will work in a vibrant hotel kitchen delivering high‑quality dishes while creating memorable dining experiences for guests. • Monitor ingredient quality, manage proper storage, and execute stock rotation to ensure food safety.
• Uphold health, safety and sanitation regulations, guaranteeing the highest standards for guests and team members.
• Assist guests with inquiries promptly, contributing to a positive dining experience.
