About the role

The Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join its dynamic Food & Beverage team. This position supports the Chef de Cuisine in delivering high‑quality culinary experiences for guests in a world‑class luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Run the day‑to‑day operation of an assigned kitchen station.
• Assist the Chef de Cuisine in creating and preparing menu items and specials.
• Complete mise en place and set‑up for the station each shift.
• Process daily requisitions using the hotel’s systems.
• Communicate with Chef de Partie and Sous Chefs regarding menu items, shortages, or special situations.
• Follow standard recipes and plate presentations to maintain quality and consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support and encourage fellow team members, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.
