Deputy Manager - Advisory Department

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Deputy Manager for our Advisory Department in Bahrain Bay. You will work across departments to design and launch disruptive software‑driven products while driving sales and customer satisfaction. The role blends creativity with rigorous problem‑solving in a fast‑evolving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end advisory projects from conception to delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Qualify customer needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Passion for software products.
• Excellent written English and Arabic.
• Highly creative, autonomous and results‑oriented.
• Professional certificate (nice to have).
• Strong analytical skills (nice to have).
