Design Manager – Lead Creative Projects & Teams

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Design Manager to shape the visual identity of our organisation. In this role you will lead design projects from concept to delivery, guide a multidisciplinary creative team, and ensure that all outputs align with brand standards and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement design strategies and creative direction that support company goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end design projects, managing timelines, resources and budgets.
• Mentor and support designers, reviewing concepts, layouts, visual assets and marketing materials.
• Maintain brand consistency across digital, print, social, advertising, packaging and event communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, Content and Operations to translate business needs into visual solutions.
• Establish design guidelines, templates, workflows and quality standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies, printers, photographers and other creative partners.
• Oversee the creation of campaigns, presentations, digital assets and promotional materials.
• Monitor design trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to keep the brand fresh.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex creative projects.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance creativity and business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for visual consistency and quality.
