About the role
Global Vibe Technologies is seeking two Desktop Support Engineers to provide onsite IT support in Muharraq, Bahrain. You will be responsible for troubleshooting desktop computers, operating systems, applications, peripherals and common end‑user technical issues.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and networking problems for end users.
- Support printers, peripherals and connectivity issues on site.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in desktop support or IT service delivery.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
- Experience with desktop hardware, installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to troubleshoot printers, peripherals and connectivity issues.
