Quantitative Developer

About the role

We are seeking a strong software engineer with first‑rate mathematical and statistical foundations and proven experience building AI/ML‑based products. You will work independently on challenging problems while collaborating closely with a tight‑knit team to ship production‑grade solutions for finance and heavy‑industry clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy and operate production‑grade software at enterprise scale, owning features end‑to‑end.
• Own the full machine‑learning lifecycle – from data exploration and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring and optimisation – within deployed products.
• Build pipelines and platforms that transform large, multi‑modal data (videos, documents, time series) into decision‑ready outputs.
• Propose and develop data analytics that drive client decision‑making.

Required profile

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience building and deploying software products, including substantial AI/ML production experience.
• Strong mathematical and statistical foundations (probability, statistics, linear algebra, optimisation).
• Independent problem‑solver with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
