Systems Specialist – NetReveal Platform

About the role

The Systems Specialist will optimise Capitex's group‑wide NetReveal platform for transaction monitoring and customer risk assessment, ensuring high detection accuracy while reducing false positives.

Key responsibilities

• Configure detection scenarios, thresholds and scoring models to enhance risk identification.
• Perform routine evaluations, regression testing and fine‑tuning of NetReveal modules.
• Maintain compliance with local and international regulatory requirements and group policies.
• Analyse alerts and data patterns, produce performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT, compliance, operations and business units to integrate NetReveal with downstream systems.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of transaction monitoring, AML/CTF processes and regulatory standards.
• Experience working with enterprise risk‑assessment platforms, preferably NetReveal.
• Ability to troubleshoot system performance issues and implement corrective actions.
