Senior Marketing Program Manager – IMEA Region

About the role

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is seeking a Senior Marketing Program Manager to lead marketing initiatives for the IMEA region from its Manama office. You will act as the primary marketing liaison, shaping multi‑channel campaigns that drive regional growth and align with corporate priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional marketing programs and campaigns in close coordination with regional leadership.
• Ideate, launch, and scale multi‑channel campaigns, messaging, and activities that advance regional objectives.
• Analyze market trends and performance data to identify opportunities and inform strategy.
• Produce detailed reports on marketing activities and use data‑driven insights to improve results.
• Maintain alignment of regional marketing with corporate, division, and stakeholder priorities.
• Collaborate with Content Marketing, Operations, Digital Marketing, Events & Customer Education, and Technical Marketing teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related field with 10+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• At least 6 years leading regional marketing strategy within a global organization.
• Proven track record designing and executing field and revenue marketing strategies that support sales objectives.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills across cultural and organizational boundaries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of synthesising complex information for diverse audiences.
