About the role
We are looking for a highly qualified Director & Head of Finance to lead our financial operations and ensure strict alignment with Central Bank of Bahrain (CBB) regulatory frameworks. The successful candidate will shape corporate financial strategy and provide executive‑level advisory to senior management.
Key responsibilities
- Direct all financial planning, accounting, and capital adequacy management.
- Prepare and submit accurate regulatory financial reports to the CBB.
- Establish robust internal financial controls and liaise with external auditors.
- Drive corporate financial strategy and provide executive‑level advisory.
Required profile
- Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience.
- Proven track record operating within a CBB‑regulated financial institution.
- Comprehensive understanding of corporate governance and financial compliance.
