Driver – Guest Services

About the role

The Ritz‑Carlton Bahrain is seeking a professional Driver for Guest Services to safely transport guests and support daily operations within the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 75 lb as required.
• Inspect property vehicles for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure and fluid levels; refuel and report maintenance needs.
• Transport guests to and from assigned destinations, documenting each trip before departure and after completion.
• Park vehicles in designated areas and record any incidents, damages or accidents.
• Welcome guests, answer telephone calls courteously and adhere to company service standards.
• Follow all safety, security and uniform policies; report hazards, accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and support team goals.

Required profile

• Physical ability to lift 75 lb, stand, walk or sit for extended periods, and navigate stairs, ramps and uneven surfaces.
• Clear, professional communication skills and ability to interact with guests respectfully.
• Attention to detail for vehicle inspections and documentation.
• Commitment to safety procedures, uniform standards and confidentiality.
