About the role
The role involves safely operating a light vehicle to deliver goods and provide excellent customer service across the UAE. The driver will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining vehicle condition and adhering to company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver goods and products on schedule without delay.
- Maintain a daily log book of trips.
- Know and follow all routes within the UAE.
- Coordinate with relevant personnel with a positive attitude.
- Collect shipments from Cargo Village and handle delivery orders from freight forwarders.
- Confirm pick note gate passes with stores at delivery.
- Follow company guidelines diligently.
- Keep the vehicle in good condition and avoid accidents.
- Report any vehicle breakdowns to the transportation in‑charge.
Required profile
- At least 1 month of driving experience.
- Familiarity with UAE routes and traffic regulations.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively.
Required skills
- Knowledge of RTA rules and regulations.
