About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, shape strategy and accelerate revenue growth. This role works closely with internal departments to uncover new opportunities, enhance customer engagement and boost overall sales performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, motivate and manage the sales team to maximise productivity.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales performance.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses for management.
  • Conduct presentations, negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to support growth initiatives.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in sales, business development or account management.
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
  • Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
