Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Consultant to lead full‑cycle implementations of finance modules and drive continuous improvement for our clients. The role involves close collaboration with finance, HR and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust D365 solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements, map processes to D365 capabilities and produce functional design documents.
• Configure and activate Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash & Bank) and optionally HR module.
• Lead data migration, coordinate customisations, integrations and reporting setups.
• Design and execute SIT/UAT test scenarios, support user acceptance and manage go‑live planning.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshoot functional issues and implement enhancements.
• Act as liaison between business, IT and implementation partners, delivering regular status updates.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, SOPs and ensure compliance with governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Business or related field.
• 5‑8+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• At least two full‑cycle implementations of finance modules.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred.
