Early Careers – Field Operations – Engineer, Specialist, Analyst

About the role

As part of the Early Careers program you will rotate through roles such as Field Engineer, Field Specialist and Field Technical Analyst, gaining hands‑on experience at well sites while supporting senior engineers and specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Perform well‑site operations, operate equipment and ensure team performance.
• Manage field activities including engineering design, maintenance, job planning and operational reporting.
• Learn the well construction process and support risk‑analysis activities.
• Assist engineers and specialists with data acquisition, formation evaluation logs and cuttings interpretation.
• Monitor well parameters, maintain sensors and prepare post‑job debriefings.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

Required profile

• Minimum degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Quick learner with logical problem‑solving ability.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience.
