Electrician – Maintenance & Facility Services

About the role

Euro Motors is seeking a qualified Electrician to join its maintenance team in Sitra, Bahrain. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s showrooms and facilities operate safely and efficiently by installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning electrical systems, apparatus and components using test equipment and hand tools.
• Install new wiring, conduits, electrical points, breakers and perform wiring upgrades.
• Conduct daily preventative maintenance checks on all electrical connections and installations.
• Respond to emergency electrical calls, including after‑hours, to maintain business continuity.
• Provide technical support and oversight to subcontractors working on mechanical, civil and electrical projects.
• Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management System, HSE regulations and safety standards.
• Perform minor plumbing tasks and assist with moving assets or furniture when required.
• Report faults and document repair activities as directed by the Admin Manager or Supervisor.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of proven experience as a qualified electrician, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Secondary school certificate; a professional diploma or certification in electrical studies is highly preferred.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks.
• Reliability to handle on‑call and emergency duties.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to support multiple departments.
