Email Marketing Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our email strategy across a construction‑focused organization. The role is fully remote and reports to senior leadership, driving customer engagement, lead nurturing and commercial growth through data‑driven campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement email marketing strategies, standards, governance and performance controls aligned with project objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end campaign lifecycle: audience segmentation, content creation, testing, deployment, optimization and reporting.
• Collaborate with project managers, commercial, procurement, legal, finance, sales, technology and executive teams to ensure messaging consistency.
• Oversee newsletters, promotional communications, automated workflows and lead‑nurturing programs.
• Administer email platforms, subscriber databases, segmentation rules, campaign calendars and reporting dashboards.
• Monitor deliverability, open, click‑through, conversion and revenue metrics; adjust tactics to meet KPI targets.
• Provide regular performance analysis, ROI calculations and recommendations to Marketing, Sales and Finance.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior professional with proven experience in email marketing within B2B environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across cross‑functional teams.
