Email Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Email Marketing Specialist will design, execute, and optimise email campaigns that boost customer engagement, support lead generation and reinforce brand communication. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business objectives into compelling email experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch email marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions and overall marketing priorities.
• Create and manage email content, including subject lines, headlines, newsletters, product updates and calls‑to‑action.
• Develop audience segmentation strategies and personalised journeys for onboarding, nurturing, retention and re‑engagement.
• Set up automated email flows for lifecycle marketing and abandoned‑action scenarios.
• Conduct A/B tests, monitor performance metrics (open, click‑through, conversion, unsubscribe rates) and use insights to refine targeting, timing and messaging.
• Maintain email templates, workflows, databases and reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, design, e‑commerce and analytics teams to ensure alignment with broader business goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, creativity and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to craft engaging copy.

Required skills

• Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or ActiveCampaign.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle marketing.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and performance analysis.
